About the Circuit

Zandvoort is a classic seaside circuit set in the sand dunes along the North Sea coast. The 2026 Dutch Grand Prix is the final scheduled edition before the venue drops off the calendar, and for the first time it adopts a Sprint weekend format. Its unique banked final corner (inspired by NASCAR) and the banked Turn 3 create distinctive racing lines and fascinating tyre strategy choices.

Tarzan Corner — a banked, 180-degree right-hander immediately after the start. The most famous corner at Zandvoort and a classic overtaking spot under braking.

A banked left-hander named after Dutch circuit designer John Hugenholtz. The 19-degree banking opens up multiple racing lines and rewards bravery.
Turn 7Scheivlak

A blind, fast right-hander that drops away from the driver. One of the most committing corners on the calendar, taken at over 200 km/h.
Turn 14Arie Luyendyk

The famous final corner, banked at 18 degrees and named after Dutch IndyCar legend Arie Luyendyk. The banking allows multiple lines onto the start/finish straight.
